At Beauty Pie, we are not about exclusivity or privilege; we are about empowerment, self-worth, and teaching members that they deserve ‘a bigger piece of it’, even if it all starts with a moisturiser. \nIt's not very often you get an opportunity like this: We'll be asking for your input, guidance, experience, teamwork, ideas, and camaraderie, and we’ll navigate together the unknown, the mysterious and the upside!\nResponsabilidades\nForecasting & Demand PlanningOwn and manage a diverse SKU portfolio, including new product developments (NPD) and existing product developments (EPD). \nTranslate member and customer insights into regional (UK & US) SKU level demand plans across different channels using Google Sheets and Supply Chain Planning software.\nEnsure accuracy of demand forecasts in reflecting known market activities, product launch timings and initiatives by building key relationships with Finance, NPD, Growth and Marketing teams.\nWork with NPD teams to develop launch forecasts, considering expected demand and potential cannibalization of existing products and share insights as part of the Commercial Sign off process.\nAssess the impact of promotional activity on demand forecasts and sharing insights with Finance, NPD, Supply and Marketing teams.\nSales & Operations Planning (S&OP)Facilitate and drive key segments of the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP process, ensuring consensus across Finance, NPD, and Supply Chain.\nPartner cross-functionally and hold teams accountable to timelines, using data-driven insights to challenge assumptions and mitigate forecast risks.\nIndependently build and refine demand forecasts for new regions and markets as the business expands.\nKPI & Performance Management\nTrack, analyse and report on forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes or variances and implementing continuous improvements.\nWork with Supply Planning to align inventory and service level targets including quarterly update of ABCD Sales ranking.\nPro-actively manage slow-moving or obsolete stocks (SLOBS), collaborating with commercial, marketing and supply teams to reflect clearance plans in the forecast.\nRequisitos\nProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).\nExperience with ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and demand planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus.\nServe as the primary master data steward, leading the ongoing maintenance, auditing, and continuous improvement of critical planning parameters.\nEstablish and enforce organisation wide data governance standards and validation protocols to ensure high data quality and cross-system consistency\nStrong, proven expertise in forecasting techniques, statistical modeling, and data manipulation. \nStrong interpersonal skills: an impactful communicator who builds strong, collaborative relationships across teams, and is able to influence across all levels.\nHigh ownership & accountability: a self-starter who operates with high autonomy and an execution-focused mindset, taking end-to-end accountability for the demand signal.\nComfortable working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.\nEstablished experience in demand and/or supply planning, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or beauty environment.\nFamiliarity with S&OP processes and business planning\nBeneficios\nHybrid working with 3 days in the office in central London \nFree membership to Beauty Pie+ and additional percentage off our products\n25 days holiday & your birthday off \nFlexible bank holidays\nEqual leave for all new parents regardless of gender or personal circumstances\nHealth & WellbeingPrivate Medical Insurance \nMenopause support\n£2,500 / $2,500 to spend on your fertility journey after 2 years of service \n10 therapy sessions through AXA PPP\nAccess to mental health support through Spill\nApply now for a chance to be part of an inspirational, international and talented team.
