You do not need to know everything from day one. We will make sure you receive the training and support you need to become confident in supporting customers with online and mobile banking.\nYour role\nAs a Customer Support Agent, you will be part of our Customer Service team and work closely with colleagues across BEC. \nA typical workday will include:\nSupporting customers by phone and email\n\nHandling more than 60 customer enquiries during a busy day\n\nGuiding customers in the use of online and mobile banking\n\nTroubleshooting and explaining technical solutions in a clear and helpful way\n\nSharing knowledge and contributing to a supportive team environment\n\nThe pace can be high, so it is important that you can stay focused, keep an overview and provide a good customer experience - also when several customers need your help.\nWho are you?\nYou may be studying or taking a sabbatical year. Your educational background is less important than your motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn. \nWe imagine that you:\nHave a basic understanding of IT systems and apps\n\nAre curious about technology and enjoy learning new things\n\nCommunicate fluently in Danish, both written and spoken\n\nCan communicate in English with colleagues across BEC\n\nAre patient and able to explain technical topics in an easy-to-understand way\n\nTake responsibility for your tasks and follow them through\n\nEnjoy working as part of a team and sharing knowledge with others\n\nCan stay positive and professional in a busy environment\n\nExperience from customer service, support or a similar role is an advantage, but it is not a requirement.\nWorking hours and location\nThe position is based at BEC’s office at Havsteensvej 4 in Roskilde. \nMost shifts are scheduled during daytime hours on weekdays. However, occasional evening and weekend shifts may occur, so some flexibility is important. \nThe number of working hours will be agreed individually and will depend on whether you are studying or taking a sabbatical year.
