Our team develops, maintains, and operates core document management and archiving platforms used by Danish banks. These solutions support essential banking processes and enable secure, compliant, and reliable document handling throughout the document lifecycle. As Development Manager, you will lead a distributed team of specialists based in Denmark and Poland and manage strategic vendor relationships. Reporting to the Head of Document Lifecycle Management, you will drive delivery, ensure operational stability, and support the continued evolution of critical platforms that operate around the clock, every day of the year. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and other technology teams, you will play a key role in shaping the future of document lifecycle management at BEC.
