In collaboration with several customers, BEC is upgrading and developing our Open Shift platform, which will support the specific business needs of each bank.\nFor BEC Warsaw, we are looking for an experienced and innovative Open Shift Engineer to contribute to the development and integration tasks on the Open Shift platform. You will be part of an agile DevOps team responsible for maintaining an Open Shift Platform and ensuring that the platform is continuously being expanded with new capabilities to support business needs.\nAs a Platform Engineer you will challenge and be challenged by your colleagues in creating and maintaining the Open Shift infrastructure to ensure the future success of BEC’s customers. We expect you to have a solid toolbox with some good results with Open Shift Platform Engineering.\nPrimary task and responsibilities include:\nDeveloping and maintaining containerized applications\nDeveloping new features & correcting errors\nMonitoring and actively reacting to alerts and warnings in relation to Open Shift\nParticipate in the design, coding, testing and documentation\nMaintaining and improving existing solutions\nComply to regulation and standards\nCollaborate with IT and business specialists to rapidly develop and deliver solutions that meet changing business needs\nTogether with the team working on achieving the team goals\nTo succeed you will have:\nStrong experience in running and maintaining a Multi Cluster Open Shift Platform and knowledge with ACM and ACS is a plus.\nAbility to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders outside the team to develop the best solutions\nTo be self-driven, proactive and don’t be shy to express your opinion\nTo be adaptive towards change, curious to learn and understand the business objectives\nTo be a team player with focus on working together as a team\nAnalytical skills and ability to develop innovative solutions\nTo master English at a high level both in writing and orally working in teams in Denmark and Poland\nIt’s nice to have:\nExperience with agile/scrum methodologies and a demonstrated ability to contribute to an agile development environment\nExperience with K8s/OpenShift, Java, Jenkins and Argo CD\nExperience from the financial sector, telecom, pharma, or from a significant consultancy; is a plus\nBE YOUR BEST SELF WITH BEC’S BENEFITS!\nWe offer a diverse range of benefits for our employees.
