You will report to Anne-Mette Bluhme.\nYour primary tasks and responsibilities will include:\nAdministering and maintaining workplace systems and Microsoft 365 services, including Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business\nEnsuring the availability, performance, and security of these services\nImplementing and managing security controls for Microsoft 365 services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements\nParticipating in projects to develop new services\nDelivering webinars to customers when introducing new services\nHandling second-line Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests\nTo succeed in this role, you should have:\nSolid experience administering Microsoft 365 services\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Office, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Copilot\nFluency in written and spoken Danish and English\nCustomer-oriented thinking and high-quality standards\nExperience delivering system guidelines for customers\nThe ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams\nCuriosity, openness, and a willingness to share knowledge with others\nIt would also be an advantage to have:\nFamiliarity with cloud security and compliance standards\nKnowledge of networking and identity management in cloud environments\nExperience in the financial sector\nBe your best self with BEC's benefits!\nWe offer a diverse range of benefits for our employees.
