You will report to Anne-Mette Bluhme.\n\n**Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:\n\n**\n\nDeveloping and managing SharePoint Online Services\n\nAdministering and maintaining the Microsoft 365 suite, including Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive for Business\n\nEnsuring the availability, performance, and security of these services\n\nImplementing and managing security controls for Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements\n\nParticipation in development projects of new services\n\nDeveloping and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency\n\nHandling second-line Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests\n\n**To succeed in this role, you should have:\n\n**\n\nSolid experience in SharePoint development and maintenance\n\nSolid experience administering Microsoft 365 services\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Copilot\n\nKnowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Purview\n\nFluency in written and spoken English\n\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n\nCustomer-oriented thinking and high-quality standards\n\nThe ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams\n\nCuriosity, openness, and a willingness to share knowledge with others\n\n**It would also be an advantage to have:\n\n**\n\nFamiliarity with cloud security and compliance standards\n\nKnowledge of networking and identity management in cloud environments\n\nExperience in the financial sector\n\n**Be your best self with BEC's benefits!\n\n**We offer a diverse range of benefits for our employees.
