Above all, we enjoy continuous improvement, nurturing creativity, and respect everyone’s individual input. \nJob Description\nSoftware Engineer with 3-5 years’ working in a full-stack software environment with AI experience\n\nProven experience across Python, C#, ASP.NET, TypeScript, GIT, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Foundry, Visual Studio, SQL Server\n\nSupport the technical implementation for AI-based software solutions, such as intelligent condition assessment tools, throughout the software development lifecycle including planning, estimation, feature development, and ongoing maintenance\n\nExperience with Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Agentic AI development would be ideal, including OpenCV, Ultralytics Yolo models, the Segment Anything Model, multimodal LLMs or similar technologies\n\nDesign and implement RAG architectures, document ingestion pipelines, and knowledge retrieval systems\n\nConfigure and optimize LLM prompts, personas, and structured outputs using well-known APIs (e.g. Responses)\n\nAbility to collaborate with other Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, Product Owners and stakeholders leveraging your experience to drive innovative behaviors\n\nGreat communication skills with the ability to build meaningful and collaborative relationships across the Digital team\n\nAgile development background using Scrum or other Agile methodologies\n\nAbout You \nYou enjoy working across different projects with a range of problems to solve, developing and delivering solutions and new Digital offerings.
