You are confident leading teams, engaging clients, and driving successful project outcomes.\nYou are motivated by delivering high-quality solutions, developing people, and contributing to the growth of the business.\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you will be responsible to:\nDrive MEP project delivery excellence (Mechanical Lead) across multiple complex projects, ensuring high-quality, coordinated and compliant design outcomes\nLead and influence multidisciplinary project teams, providing technical leadership, design assurance, and governance across deliverables\nTranslate engineering principles into practical, efficient and commercially viable solutions, balancing technical performance with cost and programme considerations\nAct as a trusted client adviser, developing and maintaining strong relationships through a clear understanding of business drivers and project objectives\nRepresent the business externally, engaging confidently with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes\nTake accountability for project risk and performance, applying sound technical, commercial and financial judgement to achieve delivery targets\nUnderstand and manage the impact of engineering decisions on cost, programme and project profitability\nDemonstrate strong consulting, communication and networking capability, contributing positively to team culture and broader business growth\nKey Requirements\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering (recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, will be an advantage)\nProfessional Engineer (PE) accreditation in Singapore is advantageous\nMinimum 10 years’ experience within an engineering consultancy environment, with increasing responsibility in design and project delivery\nStrong track record in HVAC and building services (MEP) coordination, across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, hospitality, industrial and education\nDemonstrated technical depth and practical application of mechanical engineering principles in complex project environments\nA client-focused and delivery-driven mindset, with the ability to influence outcomes and build trusted relationships\nAbility to operate with autonomy and initiative, while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams\nStrong organisational, coordination and delegation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders\nWhat we offer\nA career with Beca will provide you with:\nFlexibility & Wellbeing: Werecognisethat achieving a work-life balance is unique to everyone.
