This is a full-time role within a busy Business Development Team who leads best practice business development strategies which contribute to projects with lasting value.\nThis role can be located in our Auckland, Tauranga, or Wellington office.\nHe aha tāu mahi | What you’ll be doing\nAs a Business Development Advisor, you will play a key role in enabling our Buildings business to deliver impactful outcomes for our clients and communities. Working alongside market leaders, you will help the business identify and leverage new and existing opportunities.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nContributing to bid and pursuit activities for strategic and high-value opportunities across the Beca Buildings business.\nWorking with the Bid team on identification, prioritisation and progression of priority pursuits.\nSupporting the Leisure Living and Lifestyle (LLL) and Healthcare segment strategies and implementation to ensure momentum is maintained.\nMaintaining pipeline and opportunity management processes.\nWorking with teams to maintain and enhance our knowledge base, including project sheets, and capability statements.\nDriving, coordinating and capturing feedback from completed bids to support continuous improvement.\nImplementing Account plans and activities. \nBuilding and maintaining relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders and partners.\nKo wai koe | About you\nYou are an experienced Business Development professional with a commercial understanding of professional services, consultancies, and/or the engineering sector.
