We are open to both full-time and part-time applications, with this opportunity allowing you to work across a diverse range of projects including three-waters, transportation, and land and site development. Supported by both the local team and Beca's wider network, you will have the opportunity to take ownership, with your professional growth shaped largely by your initiative, interests, and willingness to embrace new opportunities.\nAs a Civil Engineer, you can expect to:\nLead and deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting client needs and expectations.\nCommunicate proactively and positively, ensuring team members, managers, and clients are kept informed of project progress and key deliverables.\nContribute to projects from conceptual design through to detailed design, procurement, and construction.\nContinuously develop your technical capability, engineering judgement, design expertise, and understanding of emerging technologies and industry best practice.\nDemonstrate strong communication, presentation, networking, and consulting skills.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships that contribute to ongoing and repeat business opportunities.\nMōu ake | About you\nYou're passionate about engineering and problem-solving and enjoy working as part of a team to deliver meaningful infrastructure projects.
