You will lead multidisciplinary teams, take on both technical and leadership responsibilities, and contribute to the successful delivery of key projects.\nWith a strong pipeline of work ahead, you'll join a team that values innovation, expertise, and professional growth.\nAbout You\nAs an Electrical Building Services Manager, you’ll lead electrical design delivery on complex projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, hospitality and institutional developments. You are a collaborative and solutions-focused engineer with strong electrical building services design experience and the ability to lead teams and deliver quality outcomes. You bring sound technical judgement, strong stakeholder skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a consultancy environment.\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you will be responsible to:\nLead the delivery of complex electrical building services projects across multiple sectors, ensuring high quality outcomes\n\nManage projects from concept development through detailed design, planning and resourcing\n\nLead M&E teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions, with accountability for technical excellence and delivery performance\n\nResponsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing\n\nAssist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants\n\nIn charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting\n\nRespond to client enquiries and needs by providing clear, trusted technical advice that maximises understanding, clarity and efficiency\n\nDemonstrate strong communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills to build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and contractors, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment\n\nMentor and coach junior peers, contributing to capability building across the M&E discipline\n\nKey Requirements\nDegree in Electrical Engineering (recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, will be an advantage)\n\nMinimum 7 years' experience in an engineering consultancy environment delivering Building Services projects\n\nProven experience leading Electrical Building Services design and coordination across healthcare, commercial, hospitality and education sectors\n\nStrong understanding of Singapore codes, regulations, and authority approval processes\n\nExperience managing project delivery, including programme, resources, and budgets\n\nProficiency in engineering design software and BIM platforms\n\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills\n\nWhat we offer\nA career with Beca will provide you with:\nFlexibility & Wellbeing: We recognise that achieving a work-life balance is unique to everyone.
