This has around 120 staff working across a range of professional services. You will be joining a team of four who work with Civil 3D to design pipelines. The team is collaborative and supportive, and we have a focus on learning, development and a positive working environment.\nIn this role you will have support and career development opportunities, learning from Beca’s experts across the water business line, and will have the opportunity to design pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, reservoirs and water facilities across Australia, New Zealand and the South-Pacific.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsible for the design and 3D modelling of pipelines using Civil 3D and following drafting procedures.\nResponsible for the pipeline design solutions used and the self-checking and issuing of related design documents (such as reports) and drawings.\nResponsible for the engineering calculations and design, with support from a senior engineer.\nPreparing technical specifications that meet design requirements.\nFollowing relevant local and international standards.\nWe note this is not a structural engineering role.\nAbout You\nBachelor or Master’s degree in Civil, Water Resources, Environmental or Sanitary Engineering (or a related engineering discipline). \n0-3 years of experience in Pipeline design, or water/wastewater infrastructure projects.\nCandidates with 3-5 years’ experience are also encouraged to apply and will be considered for the position.\nKnowledge of 3D civil design software Civil 3D and AutoCAD would be an advantage.\nGood English communication skills and computer literate.\nHas a good attitude to the work and learning new things.\nHigh responsibility, able to work under pressure, open minded and a team player.\nCan work with technical leaders from various disciplines and cultures. \nBeca Benefits\nWorking hours 9.00 - 18.00 hrs.\nWorking on weekday (Mon.-Fri.)\nOnsite working\nAnnual leave (10 days/year)\nBusiness leave (5 days/year)\nSick leave (30 days/year)\nProvident fund\nand more\nLocation\nBeca Thailand Office\nLevel 5, FYI Center 2,\nRama 4 Road, Bangkok, Thailand\nMRT Blue Line to QSNCC Station and exit at Exit 1.\nAbout Beca\nBeca is one of Asia Pacific’s largest independent advisory, design and engineering consultancies.
