(This role will be a supporting role only and recruitment will be managed by workshare managers.)\nPromote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.\nWork closely with Australian and New Zealand technical leaders to ensure capability development aligns with business needs.\nSuccess in this role will be measured not only by project delivery outcomes but also by the growth and development of the wider team.\nProject Delivery\nLead packages of work from feasibility/ concept through to detailed design and construction technical support.\nManage priorities across multiple projects simultaneously, relaying any constraints or conflicting deadlines or commitments to the workshare managers.\nDeliver work to agreed programmes and budgets.\nCoordinate with multidiscipline teams including:Civil\nWater\nStructures\nGeotechnical\nTransport\nUtilities\nEnvironmental\nSurvey\nPlanning/ Ecology\n\nParticipate in project meetings and technical workshops.\nSupport risk management and project planning activities.\nContribute to project performance reporting.\nManage and leverage the time zone differences\nInternational Collaboration\nAs part of a workshare delivery model, the role requires significant interaction with Australia and New Zealand project teams.\nThe senior engineer will:\nWork closely with Project Managers and Design Managers located across Oceania.\nParticipate in virtual meetings and technical reviews with international teams.\nBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple offices.\nUnderstand and adapt to differing client expectations and project delivery approaches.\nSupport a \"One Team\" culture across geographical locations.\nDesign Responsibilities\nTypical projects and markets include:\nRoads and highways\nLocal roads and subdivisions\nIndustrial developments\nRenewable energy developments\nAirports\nCommercial and industrial facilities\nSite development projects\nWater-sensitive urban design\nStormwater and drainage networks\nDigital Engineering\nThe senior engineer will be expected to:\nLead the development and review of digital engineering deliverables.\nGuide junior engineers in modern design workflows.\nWork effectively within BIM and model-based delivery environments.\nPromote digital innovation and design efficiency.\nTypical software may include:\nCivil 3D\nAutoCAD\nAutodesk Infraworks\nGIS platforms\nProjectWise, Autodesk construction cloud and other common data
