In this role you will:\nWork with clients to understand their project brief and technical requirements.\nWork under the supervision of Senior Engineers (locally and internationally).\nFormulate design solutions for transmission projects from 66kV to 500kV.\nWork proactively to implement innovative solutions.\nThe Power Business\nOur Power team work throughout Australasia on high-value projects from traditional high voltage power transmission to infrastructure and industrial projects with many energy sector clients.\nWe've honed our skills over many years providing solutions to our power generation, transmission and distribution clients across Australasia. We offer the opportunity to work on both small and large scale projects as part of a strong established team.\nWhat We’ll Like About You\nBachelor’s degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering. \nEffective English communication skills.\nOrganised and able to multi-task.\nTakes pride in delivering successful outcomes.\nStrong interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a team of engineers and designers (locally and internationally).\nExperience in PLS-CADD, PLS-TOWER, or PLS POLE would be a plus but is not required.\nAbout Beca\nBeca is one of Asia Pacific’s largest independent advisory, design and engineering consultancies.
