## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Betreuung komplexer Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Netzwerkstörungen
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von Konfigurationen auf Cisco-Basis
  • Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
  • Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im Bereich Cisco-Netzwerke
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger System- und Netzwerkaudits

## Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung mit Cisco-Technologien, idealerweise mit CCNA-Zertifizierung
  • Analytisches Denken und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
