You will be working on important aspects of SaaS Product Implementation, Product Management & Strategy and Technical/Business Support.\nWhat You Will Do:\nAssist or lead ongoing customer implementations for Bectran platform. \nAssist in product growth by analyzing customer requirements and designing features/workflows. \nPrioritizing product roadmaps based on customer priorities and development lifecycles. \nConduct product demos for prospective clients through online conferencing tools. \nAssist in customer support for existing customers, through phone, email or support tickets. \nRequirements\nWhat You Need to Be Successful:\nA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. \n1-3 years of experience in a client-facing, technical, or product-related role (preferred, but not required). \nEnthusiasm for application and product design. \nPassion for software products and an eagerness to understand and explain them. \nTrack record of building lasting relationships with clients. \nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts.\nWho We Are:\nSince its inception in 2010, Bectran has pioneered cost-effective credit management and accounts receivable automation solutions for all sizes of organizations. The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
