You will contribute to developing the next generation of our platform, application, and website experience.\nWhat You Will Do:\nCollaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to design web and mobile applications\nConduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points\nIterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously improve the user experience\nCreate and maintain UX documentation, including user journeys and design specifications, to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the design process\nWork with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to apply UX/UI guidelines, and with marketing on website designs and updates\nRequirements\nWhat You Need to Be Successful:\nBA/BS degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, Business, or equivalent working experience\n1-3 years of experience with user-centered and user-interface design (internships, freelance, and agency work count)\nExperience with responsive website design, development, or maintenance\nMobile and responsive web/app UI design skills\nExperience creating process flows, sketches, wireframes, navigation models, and visual designs\nAbility to present your ideas clearly and explain the reasoning behind your design decisions\nInterest in staying current with UI trends, technologies, and design practices\nFamiliarity with design systems and component libraries\nUnderstanding of user stories, user pain points, and ways to improve the experience\nWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript\nFamiliarity with website platforms such as Webflow or WordPress\nStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to research design problems and work across teams to solve them\nProficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma (Sketch, Zeplin, Flinto, and Adobe Suite are a plus)\nUnderstanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods\nExperience in SaaS, Finance, or B2B is preferred but not required\nWho We Are:\nSince its inception in 2010, Bectran has pioneered cost-effective credit management and accounts receivable automation solutions for all sizes of organizations. The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
