multi-channel marketing, brand campaigns, packaging, and digital experiences.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll combine hands-on design expertise with people leadership to deliver compelling creative solutions across all customer touchpoints.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLeading and mentoring a team of Graphic Designers\nProviding art direction and creative leadership across brand campaigns\nCreating high-quality visual content for digital, print and retail environments\nManaging design projects from concept development through to finished artwork\nDesigning and developing packaging across multiple product categories\nCollaborating with Marketing, Product, Visual Merchandising and Creative teams\nManaging external supplier and print production relationships\nReviewing and approving creative work to ensure brand consistency and quality\nIdentifying opportunities to leverage generative AI and emerging creative technologies responsibly and effectively\nEnsuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard\nAbout You\nYou'll be a creative leader with a strong portfolio, excellent commercial design skills and a passion for developing high-performing teams.\nYou'll bring:\nGraphic Design qualification or equivalent experience\n5+ years' experience in a similar senior design role\nExperience with AI image generation\nAdvanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)\nStrong digital design capability across web, eDM, social media and online advertising\nPrint production and finished art expertise\nPackaging design experience from concept through to production\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nStrong organisational skills and attention to
