Additionally, you will transport pupils to sporting fixtures, airports, activities and school trips. You will be responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of pupils whilst on or around vehicles, and you will need to drive and operate vehicles in accordance with current legislation and the schools policies and procedures at all times.\nThe successful applicant will need to have good communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as be a confident, polite, and organised individual, who provides the highest levels of driver behaviour and safety.\nThe applicant will need to hold a valid driving licence Category D1 and have a good knowledge of the local road network. You will also need to have a recent eye test result within the last 3 months.\nThis is a Permanent, Part-Time position, working 22.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Term Time Only (33 weeks per year).
