Our people manage a large-scale Wagyu herd, producing consistently high-quality branded beef distributed to over 20 countries around the world.\nWe are fostering a culture that values safety, inclusion and opportunity, and are committed to integrating care for our people, animals and land into the way we do business - Reimagining Australian agriculture to share with the world - and we’d love you to join us.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTransportation of cattle as directed both on and off the station\nHandle cattle in line with AACo animal welfare standards.\nBe responsible for loading cattle at appropriate numbers.\nAdhere to current fatigue management guidelines.\nComplete all paperwork as required e.g. Livestock cartage book etc.\nConduct general property observations while driving\nCarry out road train maintenance - Carry out a pre-start check daily or before each trip taken.\nMaintain road train serviceability and ensure the vehicle is in roadworthy condition.\nMonitor fuel and oil usage and record fuel in fuel log sheets\nMonitor spare part usage\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.\nCurrent MC driver's license\nPrevious experience in a similar role is advantageous\nAbility to work both alone and as part of a team\nApply Now to join the AAco Team!\nWe hope this overview has provided you with valuable insight into AAco .
