This role will be located at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong machining background to support production operations through process development, continuous improvement, and technical problem solving. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CNC machining, process optimization, tooling, and production support within a high-precision manufacturing environment. Experience in aerospace manufacturing is strongly preferred. This role will work closely with production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, implement, and improve machining processes for new and existing products\nProvide hands-on support to production to resolve machining, tooling, and process issues\nCreate and maintain work instructions, process sheets, and standard work documentation\nLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost\nSupport new product introduction (NPI) including fixture design, tooling selection, and process validation\nOptimize CNC programs, feeds, speeds, and tooling to improve efficiency and reduce scrap\nWork with Quality to investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions\nCollaborate with maintenance and operators to improve equipment reliability and uptime\nSupport capital equipment selection, justification, installation, and validation\nEnsure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including aerospace quality standards when applicable\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a machining environment\nStrong knowledge of CNC machining (mills, lathes, multi-axis preferred)\nExperience with process development, tooling, fixturing, and cycle time reduction\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T\nExperience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nAbility to work on the production floor in a hands-on capacity\nU.S. Citizenship is required.
