The PMO will assists in assuring operational excellence in meeting client expectations and service legal agreements, onsite in the San Francisco, CA area.\nResponsibilities:\nClient Relationships:\nNurture professional relationships with peers and/or counterparts within the client’s organization\nEstablish relationships with key stakeholders in procurement, talent acquisition, legal, or other department leaders as required\nAssist the Account Director in creating and presenting content related to business reviews to client stakeholders\nFocus on continuous improvement of service delivery \nEnsure commitments to client are met and client satisfaction goals are achieved\nService Excellence:\nEnsure client needs and performance requirements are met through consistent, efficient, and effective processes\nRespond to and resolve operating problems\nEnsure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines, and processes\nFulfill contract SLA’s \nForecast demand for operational resources based on program trends to support ongoing client business requirements\nMonitor data integrity\nConduct client training on vendor management program\nAssist in contractor travel bookings, if needed\nCreate and maintain process flow documents and SOPs on internal, talent, and client workflows\nProvide client reporting on service delivery measurements and client specific statistics\nSupplier Relationships (as needed):\nDevelop professional relationships with peers and/or counterparts within the supplier’s organization\nMonitor supplier performance against SLAs \nFocus on continuous improvement of Supplier service delivery\nSource suppliers with the necessary capabilities to provide service excellence\nConduct Supplier training on vendor management program\nRequirements:\n5+ years Professional Experience\n1+ year experience working with Vendor Management Systems\nStaffing and/or Vendor Management experience required\nBachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience\nProficient in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers \nExcellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening \nAbility to problem solve \nProficient negotiation skills \nProven customer service skills \nAbility to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks that require attention to detail \nAbility to lead and/or contribute to a team environment \nDemonstrate initiative and self-motivation \nEfficient time management skills \nProficient PC skills to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint other internet-based web tools\nDesired Competencies:\nAbility and desire to drive change through high-energy, can-do attitude, comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment\nMust be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail, and who also understands how to ensure finance initiatives that support the long-term strategy of the business\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work autonomously\nAttention to detail / detail oriented.\nThe ideal candidate must be able to complete all the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.\nMust be able to communicate with others to exchange information\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time\nMust be able to occasionally lift or move objects weighing 20lbs or less\nOur Company: For over 20 years, Beeline has empowered businesses worldwide to achieve competitive advantages with their extended workforce.
