It makes a difference! \nWhat you’ll do:\nCollaborate with teams to design, build, deploy and monitor new and existing services;\nBuild and evolve our change management and release processes;\nIdentify and improve processes by automation;\nFocus on observability and logging with our services by proactive monitoring, alerting, and detecting anomaly in our systems;\nTake part in monitoring activities, being able to quickly mitigate issues in production while project teams are engaged;\nMitigate issues in production by using a variety of methods like scripts, automations, infrastructure scaling;\nRaise 3rd party tickets when needed (Microsoft, CloudAMQP, NewRelic, etc);\nUpdate and improve runbooks;\nDeep-dive into root cause analysis with teams to prevent incidents;\nCollaborate with infrastructure and security teams to build scalable, secured and resilience systems;\nPractice Support Engineering methodologies such as defining SLO and error budget;\nWork closely with Operations team to ensure all processes are aligned with teams;\nContribute to capacity planning and access management process;\nBe constantly challenged to create world-class solutions.\nWhat you’ll need:\nUniversity degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;\nSolid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving;\nHands on experience in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, ArgoCD;\nExperience with SRE and Support Engineering methodology/culture;\nExperience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, RabbitMQ, AWS, Java and Python;\nExperience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, DataDog,
