Join Beev as a Fullstack Tech Lead Developer, where you will design and develop our SaaS and internal platform tooling solutions. You will work closely with the product team, produce critical code, ensure platform scalability, mentor junior developers, and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience in SaaS or platform projects, are agile in fast-paced environments, and have a strong business sense.
Missions
- Concevoir et développer des solutions SaaS et des outils internes pour la gestion des projets clients.
- Produire du code critique pour l'entreprise, en veillant à ce que les stratégies de test soient respectées.
- Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux développeurs juniors ou intermédiaires, en les aidant à développer leurs compétences techniques.
Profil recherché
**Ideal Candidate Profile:*** **Diploma:** Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent Bac+5 diploma that reconverted into CS studies.
* **Experience:** 7+ years of developer experience in a SaaS or Platform project using ReactJS/NestJS(mandatory) and DevOps does not scare you.
* **Agility in a Fast-Paced Environment**: Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
* **Collaborative Team Player**: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, and Operational teams.
* **Business Oriented** : Strong business sense, with a data-centric mindset and an adaptive approach to task dispatching & reporting.
* **AI Positive**: We have implemented Claude Code in our Product & Tech processes and we want someone who is excited to fully incorporate CC into their routine.
