You’ll be the friendly face of the HR team for day-to-day employee queries, while helping keep up our HR systems, records and processes running smoothly. You’ll report to the HR Manager and work closely with the HR team.\nYour Job Scope\nAct as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, escalating sensitive matters to the HR Manager. \nSupport the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events. \nHelp draft internal communications, announcements, and engagement content. \nAssist in gathering employee feedback and tracking follow-up actions. \nMaintain and update employee records and trackers in Click Up. \nSupport onboarding and offboarding: documentation, system access requests, welcome merchandise and exit checklist. \nAssist in coordinating performance review cycles and training and development logistics. \nHelp prepare HR letters and templates under guidance. \nSupport job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. \nCoordinate candidate communications and interview logistics across Singapore and Johor Bahru teams. \nSupport PDPA-compliant handling of employee data across Singapore and Malaysia. \nHelp keep HR policy documents and templates organized and up to date. \nDesired Qualities\nCurrently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or any related fields. \nGenuinely enjoy interacting with people and handling queries with empathy and discretion. \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. \nGood written and verbal communication skills. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Click Up or similar tools is a plus. \nComfortable handling confidential information responsibly. \nA proactive,
