Our inventory includes high-value and sensitive items (subsea connectors, sensors, PCBs, batteries, pressure hulls, and thrusters) along with thousands of small parts like crimps, fasteners, and O-rings. Our vehicles and support equipment also travel regularly between sites, test locations, and client deployments. You will lead the warehouse team, set up robust inventory controls, and make sure the right HAUVs and spares get to the right place on time and in compliance.\nYour Job Scope\nInventory management\nOwn inventory accuracy across the Singapore and Johor Bahru sites, including stock policies, cycle counts, and stock takes. \nSet stocking levels, safety stock, and reorder points for critical and common HAUV parts, working with the Production Planner and Buyer. \nManage traceability for serialised and batch-controlled parts, vehicles, and field equipment. \nMonitor inventory value, aging, and slow-moving or obsolete stock, and drive corrective action. \nMaintain inventory data and processes in our ERP system (e.g. Odoo). \nWarehouse operations and team leadership\nLead and develop the warehouse team, including Warehouse Technicians. \nSet up and improve receiving, storage, kitting, and issuing processes to support HAUV builds. \nEnforce safe storage and handling for sensitive and controlled items, including ESD-sensitive electronics, lithium batteries, and precision parts. \nMaintain warehouse safety, 5S, and layout as volumes grow. \nLogistics and deployment support\nPlan and coordinate shipments of HAUVs, spares, and support equipment for tank tests, sea trials, and client deployments, locally and overseas. \nManage transfers between Singapore and Johor Bahru, including cross-border transport and customs documentation. \nManage freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics service providers, including cost and service performance. \nOversee dangerous goods shipping, especially lithium batteries, in line with IATA DGR and IMDG requirements. \nTrack field and loaned equipment, and manage returns, inspection, and refurbishment flow. \nCompliance and continuous improvement\nWork with the Buyer (Export Control) to keep all shipments compliant with strategic goods, export, and customs regulations. \nMaintain logistics and inventory records for audits by clients, customs, and internal quality teams. \nReport on inventory accuracy, stock availability, logistics costs, and on-time delivery. \nImprove systems and processes as BeeX scales from low-volume builds to a larger fleet. \nRequirements\nDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. \n3 -
