Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with a multi-disciplinary team, across teams from design to manufacturing to operations.\nYour Job Scope\nSupport engineering and production teams in developing and updating manufacturing plans for products\nAssist in drafting and maintaining work instructions, test plans, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)\n\nHelp communicate manufacturing requirements to suppliers and support training of manufacturing personnel\n\nAssist with providing technical support for production-related issues involving equipment, processes, quality, and systems\n\nSupport troubleshooting activities and participate in root cause analysis under guidance from senior engineers\n\nAssist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures on the manufacturing floor, including incoming and outgoing inspections\n\nHelp track corrective actions and follow up on quality-related issues\n\nMaintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits, and assist in preparing quality performance reports\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and reduce defects\n\nSupport preparation of training materials and assist in training sessions on quality standards and procedures\n\nAssist in supplier quality coordination to ensure materials and components meet required specifications\n\nSupport compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal manufacturing procedures\n\nProvide day-to-day technical and engineering support to manufacturing and operations teams under supervision\n\n Desired Qualities and Skillsets\nAt least a Diploma in Mechanical or a related discipline, or currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in a relevant field\nExposure to or experience in manufacturing or quality engineering (design experience is not required)\n\nWorking knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes\n\nFamiliarity with quality control and testing procedures such as EMI/EMC, vibration, temperature, and humidity testing is an advantage\n\nBasic experience with Altium Designer or other comparable PCB CAD tools\n\nBasic knowledge of communication protocols in embedded systems (CAN, Ethernet, Serial)\nExposure to 2D schematics, wire harnessing, or cable assembly design software is a plus\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\n\nAble to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills\n\nComfortable working in a cross-functional team environment\n\nStrong organisational and time-management
