Our vehicles combine many long-lead and specialised components, including subsea connectors, pressure hulls, thrusters, PCB stacks, batteries, machined fittings, and 3D-printed parts. These all have to come together through assembly, QC, and testing before a vehicle can deploy on a client inspection job. You will turn build targets and deployment schedules into a realistic, trackable production plan across our Singapore and Johor Bahru sites.\nYour Job Scope\nHAUV production planning and scheduling\nBuild and maintain the master production schedule for HAUV builds, subassemblies, spares, and refurbishment work. \nBreak vehicle builds into work orders and sequence them across harnessing, mechanical assembly, electronics integration, QC, and testing. \nBalance workload across technicians, workstations, and test facilities, and flag capacity constraints early. \nAlign production timelines with ARaaS deployment schedules and client commitments. \nMaterial planning and inventory\nRun material requirements planning based on HAUV bills of materials (BOMs) and build schedules. \nTrack long-lead and critical items such as subsea connectors, PCBs, machined parts, seals, batteries, and thrusters, and raise purchase requests on time. \nMonitor stock levels of consumables and common parts, including crimps, fasteners, O-rings, cables, and filament and resin for 3D printing. \nCoordinate kitting so each build starts with a complete, verified parts set. \nCoordination and tracking\nWork closely with manufacturing, procurement, QA/QC, test, and operations teams to keep builds on track. \nTrack build progress, material shortages, and bottlenecks, and escalate risks to delivery dates. \nCoordinate material and work transfers between the Singapore and Johor Bahru sites. \nManage engineering changes and BOM revisions so that the right version is built. \nSystems and reporting\nMaintain accurate production, BOM, and inventory data in our ERP and project tools (e.g. Odoo, ClickUp). \nReport on schedule adherence, build lead times, material availability, and inventory health. \nImprove planning processes as we move from low-volume, high-mix builds toward more repeatable production. \nRequirements\nDegree or diploma in Supply Chain, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. \n2 -
