Our vehicles rely on many small, specialized, and often expensive components, including subsea connectors, crimps, fasteners, O-rings, PCBs, machined fittings, 3D-printed parts, cables, and batteries. One missing or mixed-up part can stop a build or a deployment. You will receive, store, kit, and issue materials, and help move vehicles and equipment for testing and client jobs. You will work closely with the Production Planner, QC, manufacturing, and operations teams.\nYour Job Scope\nReceiving and storage\nReceive incoming HAUV components and materials, check them against purchase orders, and pass items to QC for inspection where required. \nLabel, bin, and store parts correctly, with extra care for sensitive items like PCBs (ESD handling), seals and O-rings, and precision-machined parts. \nStore and handle lithium batteries and other controlled items according to safety requirements. \nKeep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe, following 5S practices. \nKitting and issuing\nPrepare build kits for HAUV subassemblies and vehicle builds based on work orders and BOMs. \nIssue parts, consumables, and tools to technicians, and record every transaction accurately. \nKeep common stock replenished, including crimps, fasteners, heat shrink, cables, and 3D printing filament and resin. \nInventory control\nUpdate stock movements in our ERP system (e.g. Odoo) promptly and accurately. \nCarry out regular cycle counts and stock takes and investigate discrepancies. \nFlag low stock, damaged items, and slow-moving inventory to the Production Planner. \nMaintain traceability for serialized and batch-controlled parts. \nLogistics and equipment handling\nPack and prepare HAUVs, spares, tools, and support equipment for tank tests, sea trials, and client deployments, and unpack and check them on return. \nCoordinate shipments and transfers between the Singapore and Johor Bahru sites, including basic shipping and customs documents. \nOperate lifting equipment safely to move vehicles, pressure hulls, and heavy crates. \nTrack loaned field equipment and follow up on returns. \nRequirements\nITE Nitec or Higher Nitec, or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
