intervenez en Lead QA transverse, au sein de la direction Produit & Technologies.\nVos missions :\n- Définir et piloter la stratégie de tests globale (bout-en-bout, non-régression…)\n- Animer et coordonner une équipe de testeurs intégrés aux équipes de dev : répartition, suivi, montée en compétences\n- Garantir la qualité des artefacts de tests (plans, cas de tests, PV de recette) dans Jira / Xray\n- Piloter la stratégie d'automatisation des tests avec les équipes techniques\n- Mettre en place et suivre les KPIs qualité (couverture, densité et typologie des anomalies) via PowerBI / dashboards Jira\n- Assurer le reporting en COPROJ et COPIL, et accompagner les Go / No-Go\n- Animer la guilde QA, analyser les causes racines des incidents et proposer des plans d'action\n- Participer au recrutement et à l'onboarding des nouveaux profils QA\nProfil recherché\n- 3 ans minimum en Assurance Qualité, dont une expérience de Lead QA ou Test Manager avec encadrement d'équipe\n- Solide expérience des tests Web et Mobile (iOS / Android) : fonctionnels, exploratoires, intégration, non-régression\n- Maîtrise de Jira et Xray / Zephyr\n- BDD et syntaxe Gherkin\n- Scrum et Kanban\n- Expérience significative dans le secteur des médias\n- Très bon reporting, à l'aise face à la direction comme aux équipes techniques\n- Français courant indispensable\n- Appréciés : ISTQB ou PSPO / Scrum, PowerBI, Confluence, Figma, Gitlab, expérience en
