Include a cover letter sharing why this role appeals to you and the unique strengths you'll bring to Bega Group.\nThe Role\nJoin Bega Group as a Communications Partner, supporting enterprise-wide internal and change communications aligned with the organisation’s strategy.\nReporting into our Head of Change and Communications, you will partner with our leaders and project teams to develop engaging communication that strengthen employee understanding, alignment and adoption of key initiatives.\nThis is a hands-on role where you will bring important stories to life across digital and internal channels, while using insights to continually improve communication effectiveness and employee connection to Bega Group’s values and priorities.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver enterprise-wide internal and change communication strategies in partnership with the Head of Change & Communication \nCreate engaging stories, communication plans, materials and digital content that strengthen employee engagement \nPartner with our leaders, project teams and key stakeholders to provide communication advice and support \nLead the annual communications calendar and manage channel governance across Bega’s key communication platforms \nMeasure communication effectiveness, interpret performance insights and recommend improvements that support successful business outcomes. \nAbout You\nDegree qualified in Communications or Public Relations, with experience in internal or corporate communications \nDemonstrated experience developing communication strategies and supporting transformation programs within large organisations \nExceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment \nConfident stakeholder partner with strong influencing, planning, project management and organisational capabilities \nAdvanced skills across Microsoft Office, SharePoint, intranet management, Canva, digital content tools and AI-enabled ways of working. \nBega Group Story\nBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
