The site currently produces around 100 million litres of product every year!\nWe are looking for our next Distribution Centre Manager to join the team in Chelsea Heights! They will play a key role in leading our outbound logistics operations at our Chelsea distribution centre. Leading a team of 3 direct reports and around 50 indirect reports across the site, this role’s purpose is to deliver an effective, efficient, and agile Warehouse Operation. This is an exciting opportunity to drive safety, performance, and collaboration across teams while contributing to our strategic goals.\nThis role works on site at Chelsea Monday to Friday during operating hours, with some flexibility on WFH days and working hours.\nResponsibilities\nLead a team of approximately 50, fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.\nOversee service delivery, quality, and cost performance metrics to meet operational targets.\nCollaborate with manufacturing, transport, and logistics teams across VIC/TAS to drive network excellence.\nIdentify and implement value-creation opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.\nBuild strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support business growth and customer satisfaction.\nAbout You\nA people-focused leader with a strong commitment to safety and team development.\nExperienced in FMCG warehousing operations and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.\nBackground in safety systems & programs, cold chain /regulations compliance metrics and vendor management\nSkilled in stakeholder engagement and effective communication across diverse teams.\nMotivated by continuous improvement and aligned with Bega’s values of customer focus, collaboration, and investing in the future.\nBega Group Story\nBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
