Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!\nThe successful candidates will be available to work weekly rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, across day, afternoon, and night shifts.\nResponsibilities\nCarry out preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance, helping keep equipment safe, reliable, and running smoothly\n\nRespond promptly to breakdowns, supporting the team to minimise disruption and keep operations on track\n\nContribute to continuous improvement, identifying and supporting opportunities to enhance performance and reliability\n\nWork collaboratively with teams across the site to share knowledge, build capability, and deliver quality outcomes together\n\nSupport a culture of safety, care, and quality, ensuring all work meets required standards\n\nAbout you\nCert III in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade qualification (essential)\n\nExperience in FMCG or manufacturing, ideally with processing or packaging equipment\n\nStrong problem-solving capability, with a practical approach to identifying root causes and improving performance\n\nUnderstanding of asset care and maintenance systems, with a focus on reliability and consistency\n\nA collaborative, team-focused approach, with clear communication and the ability to build positive working relationships\n\nBega Group Story\nBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
