These include the renowned Bega cheese blocks- mild, tasty, and vintage, shredded and cubed cheese, natural slices, parmesan, colby, mozzarella and burger slice cheeses.\nThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a skilled, high-performing team of approximately 40 operators, with a strong focus on achieving operational targets across quality, safety, cost, and environmental performance.\nThe successful candidate must be available to work 12-hour rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.\nResponsibilities\nSupport and develop team members to achieve goals and build a self-driven, empowered culture.\nAddress issues with thoughtful problem-solving and a focus on positive outcomes.\nIdentify and act on opportunities to enhance processes and performance.\nUphold food safety, environmental, and manufacturing compliance with care and consistency.\nPromote best practices through a continuous improvement mindset.\nAbout you\nProven experience leading teams and achieving production goals in FMCG environments\nStrong understanding of process improvement and problem-solving techniques\nCommitment to safe work practices and hazard awareness\nDemonstrated experience in change management, including supporting teams through change.\nClear, supportive communicator who helps others grow and succeed\nBega Group Story\nBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
