The site currently manufactures more than 70 million litres a year including the state's number one flavoured milk product - Masters!\nReporting to the Manufacturing Team Leader, this role is to ensure all packaging functions are carried out in an effective, efficient, and timely manner and for delivering product safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with minimal waste in the correct quantity when it is required.\nThis is a permanent night shift position working 4 days per week, with 9.5-hour shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM.\nResponsibilities\nAccurate completion and recording of all quality, testing, and production-related documents.\nWorking effectively and efficiently to reduce downtime\nReporting safety incidents and maintenance requirements\nEnsuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards\nAdhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures\nAbout you\nExperience in a manufacturing /warehouse environment\nPositive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn\nBasic computer literacy skills (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, etc…)\nProblem Solving Skills - ability to identify options and develop solutions\nMechanical Aptitude - ability to identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical issue\nBega Group Story\nBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
