The site currently produces around 145 million litres of product every year! We proudly source milk from around 60 dairy farms across NSW and are passionate about supporting local products.\nThis is a maximum term 18-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role will support and enhance our site's Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental Management Systems. Working closely with operational and technical teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, driving quality initiatives, and supporting a culture of excellence across the site.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and improve quality system by ensuring compliance with Quality and Food Safety standards.\n\nCoordinate quality system compliance and audits - document control, internal audits, corrective actions and CI initiatives\n\nManage consumer complaints, supporting root cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective and preventative actions.\n\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, production team members, R&D, etc…)\n\nMonitor and report site quality performance & support training programs\n\nAbout you\nTertiary qualifications in sciences or a related field\n\nExcellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills\n\nSound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nHighly organised with excellent attention to details\n\nBega Group Story\nBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
