Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting team performance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement across the production environment.\nOur Smithfield site in Western Sydney, manufactures a range of more than 60 fruit juice, fruit drink, and water ice products. The site currently manufactures approximately 110 million litres of finished goods every year including The Juice Brothers, Daily Juice, Mildura, and Zooper Dooper.\nThe successful candidate must be available to work a permanent afternoon shift roster, Monday to Friday, from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.\nResponsibilities\nLead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets and operational KPIs\nPromote a strong safety culture through compliance, coaching, and continuous risk management\nEnsure quality standards are maintained and non-conformances are effectively managed\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste\nDevelop, coach, and support team members to achieve performance and development goal\nAbout you\nDemonstrated leadership experience within a manufacturing, production, or operational environment\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues\nSound knowledge of safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and environmental standards\nExcellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills\nA collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and team development\nBega Group Story\nBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
