This position requires a blend of leadership, analytical expertise, and industry knowledge.\nWe'll trust you to:\nProvide project leadership for team members regarding ongoing operations, process improvements, planned approaches for client requests, or transition of new deliverables.\nOversee and develop proposals to ensure methodological soundness; consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.\nSupport project execution and delivery as needed to ensure project success.\nBuild and plan out complex enhancements to reports, online tools, and data processes.\nServe as a subject matter expert on current industry trends and analytical best practices in the life sciences industry.\nDirect the activities of data processing and analytics teams that produce hundreds of high-touch reports and analyses, including executive dashboards, field reports, triggered alerts, and scorecards.\nFrequently utilize coding to facilitate data processing, analytics, and reporting.\nGrow external client engagements, owning the relationship between the client and the firm.\nIdentify areas for firm growth and create action plans to incorporate across the company, including the development of new offerings, improvements to best practice guidelines, or creating new firm practice areas to better serve clients.\nMonitor progress manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes; manage project finances by maintaining financial summaries, drafting SOWs for new work, and sending client invoices.\nLead and motivate diverse and global teams; train and mentor team members to assist in their professional growth.\nFoster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.\nSupport management initiatives, including promoting employee engagement, recruiting, training, and providing ongoing education, employee mentorship, and coaching as needed.\nYou'll need to have:\nBachelor's or advanced degree with at least 8 years of professional experience. \nExperience in the life sciences/pharma industry.\nStrong understanding of Pharma commercial functions, specifically: Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.\nCoding skills (SAS, Python, SQL, etc.) and experience working with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI. \nProficiency in using Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Word; advanced Excel skills required.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nEffective leadership, people management, and project management skills.\nExperience as a team leader or people manager.\nAbility to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.\nWe are currently unable to consider candidates who require or will require sponsorship for work authorization in the future.
