database-first/code-first approaches\nGood SQL Server skills, including writing queries and joins and creating stored procedures, with a basic understanding of indexing and query performance\nGood understanding of object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming (async/await), and core .NET fundamentals\nGood communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate
