with a focus on performance and user experience\nDrive technical decisions on frameworks, libraries, and tooling (React ecosystem, state management, build tools)\nConduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure code quality across the team\nCollaborate with Product and UX teams to translate requirements into technical specifications\nIdentify and resolve complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and architectural issues\nDrive adoption of modern development practices, including CI/CD, testing strategies, and DevOps principles\nStay current with React ecosystem trends and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption\nYou'll need to have:\n7+ years of professional software development experience\n5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript\n2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role\nDeep expertise in React patterns, hooks, context, and component architecture\nStrong proficiency in state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or React Query)\nExperience with front-end build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, esbuild)\nSolid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and front-end/backend integration\nExperience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Next.js or other React frameworks for SSR/SSG\nFamiliarity with micro-frontend architectures and module federation\nExperience with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Chakra, Ant Design)\nKnowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and
