You'll serve as a trusted representative of Behavior Frontiers, connecting healthcare professionals and families with high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, therapy providers, and key referral partners.\nDrive referral growth, generate qualified leads, and consistently achieve or exceed sales and conversion targets.\nConduct engaging presentations, sales meetings, and outreach activities both virtually and in person.\nIdentify new business opportunities and execute strategies to expand market presence.\nManage sales activity, pipeline forecasting, and performance reporting through Salesforce.\nPartner with Clinical, Intake, and Marketing teams to strengthen referral conversion and support business growth.\nRepresent Behavior Frontiers with professionalism, confidence, and a strong understanding of our services.\nTake ownership of territory performance, maintaining a proactive, organized, and results-driven approach.\n Travel extensively throughout the assigned region (up to 80%) to build relationships, attend meetings, and develop new business opportunities.
