General Description

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Community Manager with experience in digital marketing, social media management, and brand communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing digital content, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring consistent communication across digital platforms.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, advanced English proficiency, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
• Coordinate the creation of engaging content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia materials.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure professional communication across all digital channels.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and best practices to improve engagement and brand visibility.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to support organizational goals.
• Monitor audience interactions and ensure timely, professional responses to inquiries and comments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
• Creative thinking, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience developing digital marketing strategies and analyzing social media performance metrics.
