This position works closely with Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Coordinators, Behavior Technicians, families, and the Quality Assurance team.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide clinical leadership, consultation, and support to an assigned team of clinical staff and Behavior Technicians.\nOversee clinical programming, treatment plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to ensure they are appropriate, data-driven, and consistently implemented.\nConduct behavioral assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses as clinically appropriate.\nReview client progress and ensure treatment plans are updated based on clinical data and ongoing needs.\nProvide caregiver training and support to promote consistent implementation of treatment plans.\nSupport the clinical team with case consultation, problem-solving, and treatment recommendations.\nConduct home, clinic, and community visits based on client and program needs.\nParticipate in the initial visits for new clients to support assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.\nProvide clinical training and development to team members to strengthen clinical competency and treatment fidelity.\nCollaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations to address clinical and administrative needs within the region.\nParticipate in the hiring and selection process for clinical and direct-care staff by providing clinical input and participating in interviews.\nParticipate in required clinical meetings, including monthly clinic meetings and bi-weekly BCBA meetings.\nSupport monthly parent meetings and other stakeholder meetings as needed.\nEnsure compliance with BACB ethical standards, supervision requirements, and applicable regulations.\nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in CentralReach.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMaster’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.\nCurrent BCBA certification required.\nExperience providing ABA services and clinical supervision.\nExperience working in behavioral healthcare or a related field.\nStrong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.\nAbility to support and develop clinical teams.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nBilingual in English and Spanish preferred.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nPaid Holidays\nCompany-issued devices\nBonus incentives\nProfessional growth and development opportunities\nConditions of Employment\nValid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.\nValid auto insurance and reliable transportation.\nAbility to obtain and maintain CPR certification.\nCompletion of all required BTA training.\nCompliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA and regulatory requirements.\nAbility to meet applicable health screening and immunization requirements.\nWhy Join BTA?\nAt BTA, we believe strong clinical leadership creates better outcomes for clients, families, and our teams.
