focused on execution rather than strategic leadership.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport daily HR operations and ensure timely execution of HR processes.\nMaintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation.\nAssist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.\nEnsure data accuracy in HRIS systems.\nEmployee Relations\nServe as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.\nSupport employee relations matters by documenting issues and escalating to HR Manager as needed.\nAssist in disciplinary processes, investigations, and follow-ups under HR Manager guidance.\nCompliance & Documentation\nEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable California labor laws.\nMaintain and track required certifications, background checks, and employee credentials.\nAssist with audits and ensure proper documentation is in place.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.\n1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support role.\nEnglish Proficiency (90%)\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nAbility to handle
