We focus on communicating client-impacting changes driven by Product, Technology, Security, and Compliance teams. Our goal is to ensure teams and customers remain informed, prepared, and confident as changes occur.\nAbout the Role\nThe Project Coordinator Intern will support consultants and project managers within the Customer Communications Center of Excellence by assisting with content rebranding, documentation improvements, template creation, and SharePoint optimization initiatives. This role will help enhance the CCCoE SharePoint site, a critical resource for customer-facing teams, by improving content organization, usability, and stakeholder self-service capabilities. The intern will collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, support project execution, and identify process improvements. This internship offers hands-on experience in project coordination, communications, stakeholder engagement, content management, and business process improvement while contributing to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and user experience.\nProgram Dates: May 24 - July 30, 2027\nDuration: 10 weeks\nLocation: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates should be able to work on-site for the duration of the internship.\nRelocation Assistance: Relocation assistance is not available for this internship.\nEligibility Requirements: Candidates must be currently enrolled undergraduate students with an expected graduation date of May 2028.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with program managers and stakeholders to identify, document, and clarify project requirements.\nSupport content rebranding initiatives and the development of communication templates and supporting materials.\nRecommend and support improvements to existing processes, documentation, and workflows.\nCoordinate project activities throughout the development lifecycle and monitor progress against key milestones.\nImplement prioritized requirements and enhancements within the SharePoint portal based on business needs.\nMaintain project schedules, track deliverables, and help ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.\nConduct basic analysis related to project activities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.\nCommunicate project status, risks, and updates effectively with team members and stakeholders.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, with a graduation date of May 2028.\nFoundational knowledge of project management principles and best practices.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant project management software. SharePoint experience or exposure is preferred.\nStrong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to organize work effectively and manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to take initiative and contribute to project objectives.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and maintain business documentation and content.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nSalary\n$20/hour\n#earlycareer\n\nThis position is not eligible for benefits.\n\nWe are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
