You can learn more about LexisNexis Risk at https://risk.lexisnexis.com/\nAbout the Role\nAs a Delivery Manager, you will lead and coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams. You will play a key role in driving successful project delivery, supporting operational excellence, and enabling organizational change. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help improve processes, facilitate adoption of AI-enabled solutions, and ensure projects are delivered effectively throughout the project lifecycle.\nResponsibilities:\nLead multiple concurrent projects across the product development lifecycle from initiation through delivery.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and executive reporting.\nCoordinate resources, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and other business functions.\nFacilitate delivery governance and ensure effective communication of project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.\nSupport release planning and coordination activities to ensure successful deployments and operational readiness.\nAssist with incident management processes, coordinating cross-functional teams during high-priority operational events and helping drive timely resolution.\nFacilitate post-incident reviews, lessons learned sessions, and continuous improvement activities.\nLead process optimization initiatives that improve delivery effectiveness, operational efficiency, adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, and organizational agility.\nPartner with stakeholders to drive organizational change initiatives and support the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.\nCollaborate with teams to identify and implement AI-enabled solutions, automation opportunities, and productivity improvements.\nMonitor delivery and operational metrics, develop and maintain data-driven reporting and dashboards, and provide actionable insights, analysis, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.\nAnalyze project, release, incident, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities for improvement, and resource requirements.\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory, security, and governance requirements.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.\nRequirements:\nExperience leading technology, product, or operational projects in a Project Management or PMO environment.\nProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) preferred.\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project dependencies.\nExperience supporting release management, deployment planning, and delivery governance activities.\nExperience participating in incident management, issue resolution, or operational support processes.\nExperience driving process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.\nExperience supporting organizational change, transformation initiatives, or adoption of new technologies and processes.\nExperience helping teams adopt new technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, operating models, or process changes as part of organizational transformation initiatives.\nExperience developing and presenting data-driven reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for technical and business stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.\nExperience using reporting and visualization tools to communicate progress, risks, operational performance, outcomes, and business impact.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nRisk benefit statement\nLearn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work here\n\nWe know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
