We also embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.\nYour Tasks\nAs our Assistant Sales Controlling Manager, you will lead Financial Planning & Analysis for Sales and eCommerce, using insights and recommendations to drive business growth and support our customer plans.\nBusiness partnering\nBe a trusted sparring partner to Sales and eCommerce, flagging financial risks early and spotting chances to reinvest or revisit customer plans\nSupport planning, actuals monitoring and SOI evaluations for direct and indirect, retail and online customers\nEnsure every business decision considers its full financial impact\nSales controlling\nGuide customer planning by channel and monitor profitability and trade stock\nTrack key KPIs (NS, GM, TTC), report performance versus budget and escalate major risks and opportunities\nRun the monthly S&OP cash-up and own the channel MSO and NSP processes\nProvide reports and data that support business cases for investing in and promoting sales and profitability\nEvaluate promotions before and after launch, and provide pricing and TTC input for launches and relaunches\nMonitor TTC forecasting and SAP invoice verification, confirm accruals match actual spend at quarter and year-end, and align with Accounting on claims\nReview sales incentives, including those for Beauty Advisors and Merchandisers, against budget\nCreate, maintain and monitor RCM and local sales policies, keep internal controls up to date, support audits, and train business partners on processes and tools\nImprove reporting and forecasting efficiency, and lead or join ad-hoc projects\nMarketing budget\nBring transparency to S&CM and eCommerce budgets, steer spend with BASE tools and keep accruals accurate and timely\nForecast and budgeting\nGuide Sales and eCommerce leaders through budget cycles\nOwn NGS-to-GM planning in TM1, model the impact of price increases and comment on variances\nYou will work closely with the Sales Director, Head of eCommerce, Head of S&CM, auditors and customers.\nYour Profile\nWe are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with Sales and making a visible difference to results.\nWhat you bring\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or above)\n4-7 years of experience in Sales or Business Controlling\nStrong ability to analyze financial and business KPIs\nBusiness acumen, with an understanding of the dynamics and pace of FMCG\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills\nAbility to turn insights into clear executive summaries for senior leaders\nExcellent English communication, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills\nProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint\nHands-on experience with SAP\nKnowledge of Power BI is a plus\nHow you work\nYou are willing to drive change across the organization\nYou are passionate about delivering results and making a difference to the business\nYou are a team player who delivers on time and in full\nYour responsible recruiter is Surya Debnath ().
