As a Brand Management Intern, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, analyze market and business performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive brand growth. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop analytical, project management and communication skills while contributing to well-known skincare brands.\nMarket and performance analysis: Analyze sales, product performance, consumer purchasing behavior and market trends; monitor competitors and help identify opportunities to improve brand performance. \nCampaigns and product launches: Support the execution of brand plans and work with activation and media agencies on communication activities for new launches and existing products. \nTrade marketing and in-store materials: Support sell-in and sell-out analysis, collaborate with creative agencies on materials for the Sales team and contribute to pharmacy launches and activations. \nPresentations and reporting: Help turn data and project updates into clear reports and presentations for meetings with clients and business partners.\nYour Profile\nMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related field. \nGood analytical skills, confidence working with numbers and a willingness to learn. \nClear written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and external agencies. \nCuriosity, creativity and a proactive approach to solving problems, combined with good organization and attention to detail. \nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations. \nFluent in Italian and in English, both written and spoken. \nFamiliarity with market data sources such as NielsenIQ, IQVIA or similar tools is a plus, but is not required.\nWhy join us?\nCompetitive monthly compensation of €900 gross\nGain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international FMCG environment\nFlexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week after successfully completing the onboarding period\nFree on-site canteen\nAccess to the Beiersdorf company store with exclusive employee discounts\nOpportunity to learn from experienced professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams\nA supportive and inclusive workplace that encourages professional and personal growth\nWe look forward to receiving your application.
