Acting as the local brand owner, you will identify growth opportunities, translate consumer and market insights into effective strategies, and drive initiatives that deliver sustainable business growth.\nThis is a highly autonomous role suited to a commercially driven marketer with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders. You will be the key marketing lead for Finland, working within a matrix organisation alongside teams in Gothenburg, local colleagues in Finland, and key commercial stakeholders.\nYour Tasks\nDevelop and execute local brand strategies aligned with Nordic and global objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to grow market share, brand equity, and profitability.\nLead annual brand planning, budgeting, and investment recommendations.\nMonitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to drive growth.\nBuild business cases for product launches, portfolio development, and growth initiatives.\nLead local innovation and product launches from concept through to evaluation.\nOwn media, PR, and influencer strategies, ensuring strong return on investment.\nManage external agencies and collaborate with cross-functional Nordic and global teams.\nTrack business performance and provide data-driven recommendations to optimise results.\nYour Profile\nExperience in Brand Management, Category Management, or a similar commercial marketing role.\nFMCG experience preferred; consumer healthcare, beauty, skincare, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience also highly valued.\nStrong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and financial skills.\nProven ability to drive brand growth and manage budgets and business cases.\nExperience working with media, PR, and influencer agencies.\nSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating independently.\nFluent Finnish and English language skills are essential; Swedish is advantageous.\nMaster's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.\nAdditional Information\nRegular travel to the Gothenburg office will be required throughout the year.\nAt Beiersdorf, we see you as a person - far beyond your title or role.
