Consistently monitoring & analysing business performance, market situation and competitors and acts decisively as a category leader to ensure business objective achievement\nLead media agency for media strategy and plan while optimize the plan along the way to gain the best out of the given budget\nManage effective A&P spending for the best return on investment.\nWork with global and Emerging Market as a lead market for all product innovation development and communication strategies to ensure local relevancy is being addressed\nDrive the synergism among team to align with OneBDF direction\nYour Profile\nMaster Degree or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields.\nAt least 3-5 years experiences as Product / Brand Manager in multinational FMCG companies.\nStrong knowledge & skills to lead launch/relaunch campaign with focusing in digital communications & media\nHigh understanding in business with sense of urgency in driving to meet business objective\nStrong ownership with entrepreneurial mindset.\nHands-on, multi-tasking, proactive, high accountability a team player and able to work well under pressure\nLocation: 6th and 7th Fl.
